Lever Press to hold Stakeholders Meeting

A representative group of presidents, provosts, deans, and faculty members from Lever Press participating institutions will gather in Annapolis on June 22 to discuss the Lever Press initiative and how it can serve the scholarly needs of faculty and students in liberal arts colleges. Supported by a generous grant from the Arthur Vining Davis Foundations, the gathering will bring together a variety of stakeholders not typically gathered for conversation about scholarly communication and publishing, in order to explore in depth how their different perspectives can shed light on how both the editorial program and business practices of scholarly publishing could be reconfigured to better serve their needs.

A report will be issued summarizing the conversations and findings of the meeting; watch the Lever Press web page for updates.
